Synopsis: Foursquare- the location intelligence company that predicted Chipotle revenue, Black Friday shopping statistics, and more using geolocation data- has unleashed the power of its foot traffic analysis with the launch of Foursquare Analytics, a dataset and interactive platform designed to help businesses understand trends in the real world. Foursquare will demonstrate how it provides out of home companies with direct access to rich data insights from its foot-traffic panel.
Mark Kwak has held business development, strategic partnership, and enterprise sales positions in the tech and advertising space for the greater part of the decade.
Currently he is leading efforts in developing the go-to-market strategy around Foursquare’s industry leading foot-traffic and visit trend data, also known as Place Insights.
Kwak joined Foursquare about two years ago coming from Dropbox, where he helped introduce Dropbox for Business to the large-scale enterprise for the first time. Previous to Dropbox, Kwak worked at Google, managing their top-tier advertising spenders in the Entertainment and Financial Services sectors.
Separate from all things tech, Kwak likes to spend his free time directing films, hosting podcasts, and writing blogs.
